FOOD WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL

What happens when you eat food that is not digestible? If it has no energy does it do more harm than good? Does food have anything to do with healing, before, during or after an injury? Ans: Yes

If food has no value does it make the heart, lungs, liver, pancreas, kidney's and immune system work harder? Ans: Yes

If I were an ER doctor, what are the first two factors in stabilizing a patient?  Glucose and oxygen. When sugar is high the blood is thicker and oxygen is lower. When the blood is thicker and clots form, what risk factors increase? Are you more susceptible to heart disease, cancer and diabetes? Ans: Yes

Sorry for the lack of Newsletters! I will be saying a lot more this year with a new book!

Remember! YOU CAN NOT BUY HEALTH! YOU CAN ONLY PRACTICE IT!
