To be healthy is to take action! To take action is to feel well, while functioning well. Having the ability to heal and to not say, "well I'm just getting old". Well now that I am older I sleep less and worry more, think more, watch more TV, or spend more time on the computer. This is not the way to reduce stress. It is time to slow down the mind and get the needed rest. This will allow you to recuperate better and store more energy for a much more sensitized life with vim, vigor and laughter. Peace and happiness come with learning to listen to God and the messages that are sent to your temple or (body) where the spirit dwells and develops. You have to think healthy to be healthy and if you don't think that way, you will never live to sustain the condition. Hope, faith and trust will allow us to seek the condition of health. If you are not balancing your time, the result will be oxidation and failure. Then you have the aging process characterized by compromise and slight to severe discomfort. Help yourself gain some balance then help your family and others.
