Acid reflux is poor physical digestion. Poor physical digestion, begins with eating too fast, too late, and with no regard for energy. Energy only comes from food that is of a high biological value. The least amount of calories that gives you, the most amount of energy. Chewing well 28-30 times until your palate is empty is the road to digestion without heartburn! Stop shoveling the food in like its your last meal. Eat slower, eat less, eat faster have more GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disease). Eating late, drinking too much when you eat, and biting and swallowing like a Boa Constrictor is simply not human! Eating slower also reduces your risk for cancer!
